Michelle has been involved with Ability Online since 1990. As a Recreation Therapist at Bloorview MacMillan Centre, she introduced the therapeutic value of Ability Online in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
Michelle successfully completed The Executive Program at York in 2001. Her business acumen is complemented by her exceptional understanding of children with disabilities through her Masters Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Waterloo.

Ability Online has a diverse and dedicated volunteer Board of Directors drawn from all walks of life. They share the dream of making Ability Online a place like no other, and they work hard in all kinds of ways to make that dream come true. They keep their eyes on the prize of continually improving the service we offer to our members. Board meetings are animated discussions full of good ideas that are limited only by the realities of time and money. We’re working on those!
In MED-RX Brand Development and Canadian Hospital Specialties, Vince has enjoyed a 30-year career in the Medical Device industry in a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles as well as a stint as the General Manager for the Canadian operations of a global manufacturer of mobility devices and home healthcare products. Vince holds both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a master’s in business administration degree from the University of Toronto.

A retired Internal Audit professional with over 20 years of experience leading corporate Internal Audit functions in the transportation, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, energy and post-education sectors. A strong understanding of corporate governance was developed through Scott’s reporting relationship with Board Audit Committees and Corporate CEOs. In addition to providing assurance and guidance on financial and operational control environments, Scott led and facilitated enterprise risk management practices for many of the organizations he worked with over the years. Scott was a member in good standing with the chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Institute of Internal Auditors until his retirement in 2017.

Rob has 35 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, with a focus on payments, foreign exchange, and interest rate trading. His consulting practice provides advisory services to U.S. and Canadian fintech companies and banks on the oversight and implementation of firm-wide strategic plans, new product development, and guidance and oversight of acquisitions, including due diligence, regulatory approvals, and integration. He is the past President and CEO of Jameson Bank, and a founding partner of Knightsbridge Foreign Exchange Inc. Mr. Wittmann previously led the North American commercial foreign exchange division of Travelex Americas and was also a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets for over 15 years, responsible for their global foreign exchange trading and sales platform. He is past president of The Financial Markets Association, past member of the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee, and former Chair of The Canadian Committee for Professionalism.

An accomplished executive with experience over the past 20 years in a broad variety of operational, management and executive roles in the Software and the Moving, Logistics & Storage industries. Ramiro has a wide-ranging professional expertise, with solid talents in Communications, Financial, HR, Marketing and Operations, as well as Software Development, Technical project management and Business Analysis. Ramiro also serves in other boards and advisory committees to Non for Profits, Charities and NGOs as well as Professional Organisations. A pilot by training, Photographer and writer by professional hobby, and competitive Athlete – just for fun.

An accomplished people-first executive with over 18 years of experience in launching Digital & SaaS based products within Retail, FinTech & Pharma industries. With a Software Engineering background, Tulika’s career journey included various roles including Quality Assurance, Project & Program Management, Relationship Management and most recently, Client Success. Her key focus is in relationship management and driving excellence in execution of strategic visions, retaining and expanding portfolios while supporting organizational growth & sales. Tulika is very passionate about all things Digital with a healthy mix of Technical and Marketing aspects and has led successful launches of multi-million dollar projects/products.
Tulika strongly believes in giving back and has been volunteering her time to various youth and kids related programs in GTA over the past decade. Besides working hard, she loves to travel, enjoy the global culinary experience and photograph her overall travels with a hope to start a Travel blog soon. Avid reader and gardener as well.
