Pink Shirt Day

Pink Shirt Day in Canada began in 2007 when a new student in grade 10 was being bullied for wearing a pink shirt to school. The next day, two of his classmates decided to purchase pink shirts and distributed them to other boys in the school to show their support against bullying. Since then, over 180 countries have participated and shared their support for Pink Shirt Day through donations, social media, and by wearing pink!
